Leão arrives in Istanbul and signs for Galatasaray

Portuguese left winger Rafael Leão arrived in Istanbul and signed a contract with Galatasaray. The 27-year-old player leaves AC Milan after seven seasons at the Italian club.

The agreement between Galatasaray and the player is valid for four sporting seasons. With this transfer, Leão ends his spell in Italian football, where he became one of the most recognized players at AC Milan.

During his time at AC Milan, Leão won the Serie A title in the 2021/22 season, contributing significantly to the team with his speed and finishing ability. The Portuguese player arrived in Istanbul to complete the medical and official signing procedures.
