What changes for TVDE starting September 1st?

Starting September 1st, taxis will be able to operate as TVDE (Transport in Unmarked Vehicles), with the entry into force of a new law that changes the framework for these transport services.

The change brings the two regimes, which until now operated more separately, closer together, creating a new legal framework for the operation of taxis as TVDE.

The measure is contested by the taxi sector, which expresses opposition to this change in the operating rules.

This is the third legislative change to the TVDE sector, which continues to generate debate about the competitive conditions between different types of transport.
