Narana Coissoró died at the age of 94. He was a former parliamentary leader of CDS-PP, the party through which he developed his entire political career in Portugal.

CDS-PP highlighted Narana Coissoró's legacy, considering him a remarkable figure in the party's history and in Portuguese democracy.

The party recalled that he was a protagonist of many struggles in service of human dignity, democracy and freedom throughout his life.
