President Donald Trump presented, this Friday, the Congressional Gold Medal to the four astronauts of the Artemis II mission. The ceremony took place at the White House.

The four distinguished astronauts are three Americans and one Canadian. This mission made them the first humans to travel to the Moon in over 50 years.

Artemis II represents a historic milestone in space exploration, breaking a period of more than five decades since astronauts last visited the natural satellite of Earth.
