The Municipality of Alcácer do Sal substantially increased the funds to be transferred to the two fire brigades in the municipality. This decision represents a reinforced commitment to response capacity in case of emergency, to protection, and to assistance to local populations.

The fire brigades covered by this financial reinforcement are the two that operate in the municipality's territory. The increase in funds is part of new protocols established between the municipality and these entities.

The main objective of this investment is to strengthen the response capacity of the brigades in emergency situations, guaranteeing better conditions for the protection and safety of the populations of the municipality of Alcácer do Sal.
