Flavió Bolsonaro, PL candidate for President, participated in an interview on Jornal Nacional where he denied having doubted the reliability of electronic voting machines and stated that he will respect the election results. The topic of the 2022 election was not directly addressed in the questions asked to the candidate.
During the interview, Flavió did not present explanations about the destination of the resources obtained from banker Daniel Vorcaro. The senator stated that he did not sign a contract with anyone and that he only authorized the use of his own image in the film about his father, Jair Bolsonaro. In May, recordings were revealed in which he asked for 61 million reais from the banker for the production of the Dark Horse film.
When questioned about the lack of details regarding the origin and destination of the money, the candidate said that all the resources were used in production and that the production company provided accounting within the 30-day deadline he established. However, to G1, the expert hired by the production company stated that he did not have access to the American fund that received the money from the former owner of Master and that no invoices, transfer receipts, names of financiers, or the flow of funds were presented.
