Ollie Jirovec, rider from the Willebrord Wil Vooruit team, won this Friday the second stage of the 2026 Volta a Portugal de Juniores, being the strongest in the finish sprint at Termas de Monfortinho, in the municipality of Idanha-a-Nova.
Tomás Mateus, representative of the Electromercantil GR-100 team, finished the stage in 37th position, but managed to defend the lead in the general classification, thus retaining the Yellow Jersey as leader of the race.
