The municipality of Moncofa will invest 39,000 euros in reinforcing the acequia de la Illa, in the section located next to the renovated Marjal Noves pumping station. The intervention aims to prevent landslides, halt erosion caused by water and guarantee the stability of an especially sensitive area during intense rainfall episodes.
