PCP fears "aggravated constraints" and injustices for immigrants

The PCP considered today that the Constitutional Court ruling, which gave the green light to the foreigners' return law, may enhance "aggravated constraints" and generate injustices for many immigrants.

The party expressed its concerns regarding the Constitutional Court's decision on this law that concerns the return of foreigners.

The communists warn that the law may create additional obstacles and situations of injustice for numerous immigrants.

The Constitutional Court validated the law, but PCP maintains reservations about its potential negative effects on the immigrant population.
