The candidate for President by PSD, Ronaldo Caiado, stated this Friday that, if elected, he will have education and public security as priorities. The former president of the OAB Nacional and former governor of Goiás presented his proposals at the Rio pelo Brasil meeting, promoted by the Associação Comercial do Rio de Janeiro (ACRJ), Fecomércio RJ and Firjan.
After the event, in an interview, Caiado defended the end of the 6x1 schedule, a theme that concerns business sector representatives. The candidate criticized the way the theme has been conducted by the government of President Lula (PT), repeating a position already expressed in the interview promoted by O GLOBO, CBN and Valor Econômico.
In the Quaest poll, released last Friday (21), Caiado appears with 5% of voting intentions in the national survey for the Presidency of the Republic. The event in Rio de Janeiro is part of a series of meetings of the candidacy with business sector representatives.
