The Constitutional Court (CC) unanimously considered constitutional the eleven norms of the amendments to the return law that were analyzed at the request of the President of the Republic.
The President of the Republic can now enact or veto the bill approved by parliament.
The Livre party maintains that the amendments to the return law are inhuman and considers that there is room for a veto.
The CC analyzed the specific norms submitted to it, having concluded that they do not violate the Constitution.
