Lack of global agreement "does not diminish urgency of Portugal to act" on drought – Zero

The environmental association Zero considered that the lack of a global agreement to combat drought does not diminish the urgency of Portugal acting autonomously. The organization called on the Portuguese Government to adopt a proactive prevention and management policy. This position was expressed by Zero today, in reaction to the international context on drought.
