Sines. Arrested for trafficking and seized cocaine and heroin

GNR arrested an individual for drug trafficking in a rural area of the municipality of Sines. The operation took place after authorities detected suspicious behavior in the area.

Several quantities of cocaine and heroin were seized during the action. In addition to the drugs, authorities also confiscated hundreds of euros in cash and two mobile phones belonging to the arrested individual.

The individual was taken into custody as part of this operation carried out by GNR in the rural area of the municipality of Sines.

Residents of the Bairro Almirante Nunes da Mata neighborhood, in Cascais, launched a petition for safety on Avenida Marginal, which connects Lisbon to Cascais, already with more than 1,700 signatures in two weeks.
