Leader of PS/Açores demands urgent solution for airline ticket refunds

Açoriano Oriental28 August 2026 at 18:24

Francisco César, leader of PS/Açores, demanded from the Republic's Government an urgent solution for the problems that continue to affect the refunds of airline tickets for Azoreans. The demand was made through a statement issued by the party.

The position of the socialist leader comes following persistent difficulties related to the reimbursement of airline tickets, an issue that directly affects the population of the Azorean islands.

PS/Açores argues that the national executive has not given an adequate response to this situation, which harms citizens residing in the archipelago.

The party reinforces the need for immediate intervention by the Republic's Government to resolve the reimbursement problems that continue to cause disruptions to Azorean passengers.
