A first alert dispatch was issued for the Mouriscas area, in the municipality of Abrantes, district of Santarém. The alert refers to a brushfire in the region.

Authorities mobilized firefighting resources for the incident. 21 personnel were deployed to the location, supported by 3 ground vehicles and 1 aerial resource to support firefighting operations.

Operations are underway to control the situation. The first-level alert indicates that authorities are in the initial response phase to the fire.
