The Saler forest fire, which broke out on Thursday, was stabilized just over 24 hours after it started, according to the Valencia municipal firefighters and the Generalitat emergency service. This stabilization allows the residents who were evacuated on Friday to return home. The residents were forced to leave their homes when the fire and smoke approached the dwellings. The fire was controlled by the competent authorities, who monitored the situation for more than a day.
