"Avós da Beira" Project Promotes Third Music Therapy Session

The "Avós da Beira" project held its third session last Saturday, continuing an initiative aimed at the senior population of the municipality of Aguiar da Beira. The project seeks to promote social interaction, participation, and well-being among the elderly in the region.

In this third session, participants had the opportunity to take part in a music therapy moment, led by teachers Guilherme and Francielle. Through music, the elderly were able to enjoy a therapeutic activity that aims to improve quality of life and provide leisure moments.

The "Avós da Beira" project is part of a broader strategy to support the senior population of the municipality, helping to combat social isolation and promote active aging. The sessions take place regularly and have had the participation of local elderly people.

Baltic countries create joint drone defense force
