Flamengo and Bragantino reached an agreement for the transfer of Wallace Yan, a product of Flamengo's youth academy, to Massa Bruta. The deal involves the payment of 6 million euros, approximately R$ 36.2 million, referring to 70% of the player's economic rights. In addition to the amount, Bragantino will loan a youth player to Flamengo as part of the negotiation.
The talks between the clubs began in January of this year and were around 10 million euros. The first negotiation attempt failed because the parties disagreed on the payment model, especially the installment conditions. Bragantino's interest remained and was now unlocked with the new proposal composition.
Wallace Yan will have the opportunity, in Bragança Paulista, to gain more minutes on the field. At Flamengo, he has had few opportunities amid the strong competition in the attack, which features Pedro and Samuel Lino in great form.
