Influencer Alê Gaúcha, 21 years old, found an unusual way to try to secure her participation in BBB 27. After sending her application video for Globo's reality show, she decided to install a billboard on Avenida Brasil, in Rio de Janeiro, with a message directed straight at the genre director of reality shows at the broadcaster, Rodrigo Dourado.
The message on the billboard read: "Dourado, is there still time to qualify me for the next edition? Watch my application video!". The piece was installed in front of Mercado São Sebastião, in the West Zone direction of the city.
According to Alê herself, the idea came after she sent her application and realized that all she had left was to wait. Given the large volume of candidates competing for a spot on the show, she decided to take this initiative to try to stand out from the crowd of applicants.
The inscriptions for BBB 27 appear as closed on the show's official website, which makes the influencer's attempt even more unusual. Rodrigo Dourado is the director responsible for the reality shows area at Globo, being the direct target of the improvised advertising message.
