The Portuguese Insurers Association (APS) will hold on September 8th, in Lisbon, the course "The house as an asset: the monetization of real estate assets", between 09:15 and 12:45. This is the fourth training in the study cycle "Insurance and the Time of Life: Longevity, Savings and Health".
The course aims to prepare professionals to assess the challenges and opportunities of a society that lives longer, crossing the dimensions of demography, economics and innovation. The goal is to explore new solutions to complement traditional savings and protection systems through the monetization of real estate assets, analyze the role of the insurance sector in the development of these solutions and identify the main challenges and opportunities for their application in Portugal.
The course is aimed at employees of the insurance sector in the technical, actuarial, product, commercial, innovation and strategy areas. In addition to these professionals, the training is also open to professionals from the areas of banking, asset management, consulting and financial planning, as well as representatives of public entities and regulators.
