The Portuguese Government confirmed the 100% execution of the RRP (Recovery and Resilience Plan), meeting the deadline agreed with the European Commission. This information was conveyed by the Minister of Economy and Territorial Cohesion.
The official stated that the Executive increased the original size of the plan during its implementation, demonstrating the ability to adapt to the country's needs.
The revisions made throughout the process were characterized by the minister as representing "responsible risk management", which allowed the plan to be adjusted without compromising its strategic objectives.
This announcement marks the completion of one of Portugal's main financial targets within the framework of the European post-pandemic recovery fund.
