The Great Place to Work (GPTW) announced the awarded companies in the 2026 edition, recognizing small and medium-sized Brazilian companies as some of the best places to work in Latin America. In addition to Flexform, ten small and medium-sized companies explained the factors they consider fundamental to have been recognized by their employees.

Among the awarded organizations is BHS Soluções Digitais, which has 260 employees. According to CEO André Xavier, the company's differential lies in the mix of trust, values, diversity, and opportunities. For the company, growth involves learning, self-knowledge, proactivity, and the opportunity to explore new paths, which is why they invest in training, leadership development, certifications, languages, and experiences.

The insurance company Capemisa is also among the awardees, with more than 450 employees. President Jorge Andrade states that one of the company's secrets is the investment in health, wellness, education, and career development. Capemisa offers annual check-ups and Medicine-based programs for its employees.
