The Hilton hotel chain ranks first in the Great Place To Work Latin America ranking, in the Large Companies category. According to the publication, the organizations at the top of this ranking share a strategy that puts employees at the center of the business, investing in initiatives such as benefits, career plans, internal mobility, training, professional development, and new technologies.
Hilton invests in inclusion, well-being, and employee growth programs. Through Hilton University, employees have access to various courses. The company also offers special rates for accommodations around the world.
The group operates 315 hotels in more than 35 countries and territories in Latin America and the Caribbean, totaling more than 26 thousand employees in the region. Ayesha Williams, vice president of Human Resources for the Caribbean and Latin America, stated that team members are the heart of what makes the Hilton network a special place to work.
