The elaboration of the annual Great Place To Work ranking considers the opinions of the workers of these organizations. In the 23rd edition of GPTW Latin America, approximately 2.4 million employees, out of a total of 4.5 million, answered a questionnaire. Through the Trust Index survey, leadership credibility, respect for people, management fairness, pride of belonging, and camaraderie among colleagues were evaluated.
In 2026, this Trust Index reached 91% for the fourth consecutive year, repeating the best level in the historical series. Tatiane Tiemi, CEO of Great Place To Work Brazil, explained that at the heart of the methodology is the Trust Index, which measures the quality of trust relationships within organizations, and that this trust is what lies behind each of the 200 awarded companies.
During the research, employees shared their perceptions confidentially. According to GPTW, the responses revealed how employees evaluate accessibility and communication in the evaluated organizations.
