The Youth and Francesinha Festival returned to Largo do Conde in Castelo de Paiva after a period in which it was not held. The initiative was taken by the municipal council, which decided to resume the event after a period of hiatus.
The festival brought together the local community and visitors in the city's public space. The Francesinha, a typical dish from the region, was once again highlighted at the event dedicated to youth.
The municipality of Castelo de Paiva considered the festival a «resounding success», valuing the return of this initiative to the city. The event represented a bet on the cultural and gastronomic dynamization of the municipality.
