Governor Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicanos) is running for re-election in São Paulo with a poll lead, but faces dissatisfaction in sectors of his campaign. Described as "obsessed" with Instagram, Tarcísio shows impatience with recordings for the free radio and TV electoral slot, which require more preparation time. The insertions begin airing this Friday (28), at 7am on radio and 1pm on television.
Behind the scenes of the campaign, the one gaining space is the young Daniel Camargo Antunes, 21 years old, who works on Tarcísio's social media team. He is an admirer of politicians like Pablo Marçal and Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG), and managed to open four companies in just one year: ClipfyAI, Torian Market, Hypeai Tecnologia da Informação and Lyra e-books, the latter registered three months ago.
On his own social media, Daniel posts motivational messages, criticism of the left and records of international trips. His rise in Tarcísio's team illustrates the campaign's strategy of prioritizing the more dynamic and direct format of social media over traditional electoral time.
