10-year-old boy asks police for help via WhatsApp using emojis and helps arrest mother's ex-partner in Cabo Frio

A 10-year-old boy managed to call for help from the Maria da Penha Patrol in Cabo Frio using only emojis and messages via WhatsApp, without being able to speak directly due to fear. The child first sent a question mark, then replied "I can't talk" along with crying emojis, and sent audio recordings with a man's voice in the background. The agents became suspicious of the call for help and went to the reported address, where they arrested the mother's ex-partner who was violating a protective order. The Tamoios Operational Group also assisted in the incident.
