10-year-old boy asks police for help on WhatsApp using emojis and helps arrest mother's ex-partner in Cabo Frio

A 10-year-old boy managed to call for help from the Maria da Penha Patrol in Cabo Frio through WhatsApp, sending only a question mark followed by crying emojis and the message "I can't talk," along with audios with a man's voice in the background. The Municipal Civil Guard went to the reported address, with support from the Tamoios Operational Group, and arrested the mother's ex-partner, who was violating a protective order.
