French rider Johann Zarco returned to the MotoGP World Championship 100 days after a serious crash at Montmeló, Barcelona, in the same race where Catalan Àlex Márquez also had a scare but has since recovered. Zarco, 36, downplayed his return, saying they are not heroes, but rather athletes who take care of themselves to recover from injuries.
