The Brazilian labor market is structurally healthier according to experts, who analyze data from the Continuous PNAD released by IBGE, which recorded the lowest unemployment rate in the historical series, at 5.3% in the quarter ended in July. The improvement is attributed to greater formalization of the market, in addition to factors such as education and demographics, as pointed out by economists Luís Otávio Leal, from G5 Partners, and Daniel Duque, from FGV Ibre.
