The Instituto da Habitação e da Reabilitação Urbana (IHRU) has opened nine draw competitions for the allocation of 77 affordable rental housing units, under the Housing Rental Support Program (PAA). Applications run until September 17, 2026 and cover housing types from T0 to T6, distributed across 19 municipalities, including Lisbon, Porto, Aveiro, Beja, Évora, Setúbal, among others.
