Businessman Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, Lulinha, the son of President Lula, is the target of an investigation request filed with the Public Prosecutor's Office in Spain by Oswaldo Eustáquio and by lawyer Fábio Pagnozzi, who represents former deputy Carla Zambelli. The request calls for the investigation of the activities of the company Synapta, owned by Lulinha and based in Madrid, including financial movements, economic structure, address changes and the real objective of the company. The complaint raises the hypothesis that the company may be being used to hide, transfer or manage resources related to facts investigated in Brazil, or that it may have been created simply to facilitate obtaining residence in Spain. The document does not accuse Lulinha of crimes, but asks that the Spanish authorities investigate.
