The Federal Police executes six search and seizure warrants in São Paulo against a transnational criminal group suspected of recruiting and sending Brazilian women for sexual exploitation in southern France. Operation Elodoro operates in São Bernardo do Campo and São Vicente, with precautionary measures including surrender of passports, prohibition from leaving the country, and electronic monitoring of three suspects, in addition to the blocking of R$ 10 million in assets and funds. The investigation began from international police cooperation with French authorities, who identified that the group offered victims travel documents, tickets, lodging, and advertisement placement abroad.
