Fosun sees profit soar 160% with help of 165 million from Fidelidade

Fosun, a Chinese conglomerate that also holds stakes in BCP, achieved a profit of 1.7 billion renminbi (about 220 million euros), representing 160% growth driven in part by 165 million euros from Fidelidade, whose contribution to the results increased by 24%.

IHRU opens competitions for 77 affordable rental homes in 19 municipalities

The Instituto da Habitação e da Reabilitação Urbana (IHRU) has opened nine draw competitions for the allocation of 77 affordable rental housing units, under the Housing Rental Support Program (PAA). Applications run until September 17, 2026 and cover housing types from T0 to T6, distributed across 19 municipalities, including Lisbon, Porto, Aveiro, Beja, Évora, Setúbal, among others. Interested parties must first obtain the Application Registration Certificate on the PAA Platform and then submit their application through the IHRU Arrenda Platform.
