RTP. IGF identified improper subsidies and management says it did not receive alerts

The General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) identified undue subsidies at RTP, having sent four inspectors to the fiscal bodies of the Portuguese public station in the last 27 years. However, the current administration, led by Nicolau Santos, claims it never received alerts from the IGF about the payments that are now being contested by the inspection itself, creating a discrepancy between the IGF's accounts and the RTP management's response.
