Three Colombian tourists – Rocio Cubillos, Wendy Manrique and Sofia Murillo – died in a helicopter crash in Alto da Boa Vista, in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, on August 8. The panoramic flight was part of a planned trip to celebrate Laura Manrique's 15th birthday, daughter of Daniela Castañeda and Victor Manrique. A family member – Rocio's son, Wendy's brother and Sofia's uncle – was responsible for all legal procedures to repatriate the victims' remains to Colombia. Back in his home country, he reports the devastating impact of the accident on the family and demands justice in the investigation of the case.
