Spanish Foreign Minister Manuel Albares announced on Thursday that at least four Spanish citizens are unaccounted for after the devastating floods caused by the heavy flooding of the Bhotekoshi river in northern Nepal, near the border with Tibet, China.

Driver of hit-and-run in Albufeira remanded in custody

The 35-year-old driver who ran over 16 people in the Oura area, in Albufeira, was placed in preventive detention after judicial interrogation.
