Nepal: USA indicates that a landslide and not an earthquake generated seismic activity

The United States Geological Survey (USGS) corrected the initial information and confirmed that the seismic event recorded in Nepal was not an earthquake, but rather a landslide of magnitude 4.4. The landslide caused at least 160 deaths in the country.
