The Brazilian real estate market, with more than 750,000 accredited professionals, is beginning to integrate artificial intelligence into the training of its agents. The Brazilian Institute of Professional Education (IBREP) developed ImobAI, a virtual assistant specialized in real estate routines that is being incorporated into the students' training curriculum. The tool aims to transfer the operational and bureaucratic workload to technology, freeing up the broker for strategic work, analysis, relationship building, and deal closing. With 40 branches across the country, the institution released access to the platform for students enrolling in the Technical Course in Real Estate Transactions, taking advantage of the seasonality of Real Estate Broker Day on August 27.

Three Algarve municipalities — Olhão, Portimão, and Vila Real de Santo António — are among the 19 municipalities covered by nine tenders opened by the Institute for Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU) to allocate 77 housing units under affordable rental schemes, as part of the Rental Support Program. Applications, open to individuals and households, run until September 17 and include housing types from studio (T0) to six-bedroom (T6). Interested parties must first obtain the Application Registration Certificate on the Rental Support Program platform and then submit their application through the IHRU Arrenda Platform, available on the Housing Portal.
