"Rolex Gang": assault victim will respond as defendant after suspect's death

The man who was the victim of a robbery attributed to the so-called "Rolex Gang" in Lisbon has been made a suspect in connection with the death of one of the robbers. After the robbery, the victim intentionally rammed one of the scooters used by the suspects, which resulted in the death of one of the robbers. The case raises questions about self-defense and criminal liability for the act committed by the victim.
