The candidate criticized the idea that Supreme Court justices are protected from any consequence once they assume office, using a metaphor about the "Jordan River" to affirm that they are not immune to crimes. Caiado also advocated for greater transparency and the lifting of secrecy orders in cases involving the INSS and Banco Master, arguing that the Senate should act in cases of arbitrariness committed by Supreme Court justices.
