United States: Warsh makes debut at Jackson Hole with interest rates high, Treasury bailout and inflation

Kevin Warsh, former member of the Federal Reserve, gave his first speech at Jackson Hole, where he warned about the challenges of U.S. monetary policy, including elevated long-term interest rates, persistent inflation above target, and the need for the U.S. Treasury to intervene in the debt market to correct failures in the conduct of monetary policy.
