Jackets equipped with two fans and space for an ice pack are being used in Japan to help dogs and cats cope with high temperatures. The equipment, available in four sizes, costs 16,500 yen, equivalent to about 89 euros. The solution is intended for pets and aims to provide thermal relief during the hottest days.
