Shots fired at concert in Switzerland leave one dead and five injured - Police

One person died and five were injured, some seriously, in shots fired early today in Aarau, in northern Switzerland, near Zurich, during a 'rave' party, police announced.

The incident occurred during a musical event of the rave type, when shots were fired at the venue.

Police authorities reported on the casualty count without yet disclosing further details about the identities of those involved or the exact circumstances of the shooting.
