Presidential candidate for the Avante party, Augusto Cury, was interviewed this Saturday (29) by Globo. The interview was conducted by journalists Renata Vasconcellos and César Tralli, directly from Globo Studios in Rio de Janeiro, and was part of a series of interviews with candidates for the Presidential Palace.
This was the first time that sabbatinas with presidential candidates were broadcast after the "Jornal Nacional", and not during the news program. The network invited the six highest-placed candidates in the voting intention poll released by Quaest on August 14.
The order of the interviews was defined through a draw, with the presence of party representatives. The sabatina calendar began on August 24, with Romeu Zema (Novo), followed by Ronaldo Caiado (PSD) on the 25th, with the remaining interviews following in sequence.
