On the final day of TV Globo's series of interviews with presidential candidates, writer and psychiatrist Augusto Cury, from the Avante party, positioned himself as an alternative to the left-right polarization and presented proposals in the areas of economy, health, and security.
Cury spoke of cutting ministries and creating new ones at the same time, suggested expanding Bolsa Família even for those who already have jobs, and proposed hiring digital influencers in embassies to "sell" Brazil to the world. He also promised to create 10 million new micro-entrepreneurs to expand tax revenue.
In the area of public security, the candidate mentioned the use of drones and apps to reduce violence against women and feminicide. During the interview, he denied a conflict of interest when proposing the massive use of telemedicine in public health, despite being an ambassador for a company that offers this type of service.
