Sam The Kid, the project's mentor, took to the stage at MEO Kalorama on Saturday, August 29, at Parque Tejo in Lisbon, for a special concert with the Orchestra and the participation of Orelha Negra. The concert took place at one of Portugal's largest music festivals, which this year brought the audience a differentiated experience with the fusion between electronic and orchestral music.
Before the show, Sam The Kid spoke with SAPO about the meaning of this performance. The artist revealed that he has to think about the child he was, considering this moment a luxury. This reflection shows the emotional and symbolic importance the concert had for the Portuguese musician.
The collaboration between Sam The Kid, the Orchestra, and Orelha Negra represented a unique combination of musical styles, bringing together elements of hip-hop, electronic music, and orchestral compositions in the same show. The concert was part of the MEO Kalorama programming, a festival that has been investing in differentiated and high-quality musical experiences.
