Francesco Farioli, FC Porto's coach, spoke about the health status of two players from the team after the 3-0 victory against Académico de Viseu, in a match from the 4th round of the Primeira Liga. The Italian coach considered Zaidu's injury to appear serious, expressing concern about the defender's situation.
As for Bednarek, Farioli announced that the player will still be assessed, without specifying the nature or severity of the problem that affected the Polish defender during the match. The coach's words came in statements to journalists after the game played in Viseu.
This 3-0 victory allowed FC Porto to add three more points to the Primeira Liga standings, continuing their campaign in the competition. Farioli, who recently took charge of the Dragons, thus sought to reassure the fans regarding the condition of the two injured players.
