Police chase: driver who caused spectacular crash to be arrested after discharge

A driver who caused a spectacular crash will be arrested after being discharged from hospital. The man is currently admitted to Hospital de Santa Maria, where he awaits surgery.

After medical discharge, the driver will be arrested for driving without a license. In addition to this charge, the individual also faces suspicions of resistance and coercion against a public official.

The driver is also suspected of dangerous driving. The authorities will proceed with the arrest as soon as the man is discharged from hospital.
