Disinformation is causing serious and growing damage to European democracies, according to an analysis presented in this week's "Europe Alive" programme. The programme analysed in detail the impacts of disinformation in the European Union.
The analysis was conducted by Germano Almeida, who explained how the spread of false information affects the democratic functioning of European countries and citizens' trust in institutions.
The programme also addressed another relevant topic: the new rights of air passengers, which will be implemented over a 10-year period, representing a significant change in the European aviation sector.
